What size air purifier do I need?

Match the maker's stated coverage to your room's square footage. A unit rated for 1650 sq ft handles a large open-plan living area; a single closed bedroom needs far less.

How often do filters need replacing?

HEPA filters are typically replaced every 6-12 months depending on use, and the washable pre-filter should be rinsed monthly. Follow the interval printed by the maker on your specific model.

Can I use any essential oil in an ultrasonic diffuser?

Use pure essential oils rather than fragrance oils with a carrier base, which can clog the ultrasonic plate. Our blends are listed with their contents.

Do the adhesive shower caddies need drilling?

No — the adhesive models mount without tools, which suits rentals. Clean and fully dry the tile before mounting and let the adhesive cure before loading it.

What is your return window?

30 days from delivery, unopened and in original packaging. Return postage is yours for a change of mind; we cover it if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
